I am writing this letter to confirm the relationship that my place of business referenced above has with NDICA. Whoopi and Maya (W&M) is a fully licensed cannabis production company specializing in THC/CBD infused products designed for pain-relief in form of edibles, tinctures, topical rubs, and bath soaks.

Our company is the process of creating its own comprehensive employee benefits suite. This will package will offer health, dental, vision benefits. 401k retirement plans, in addition to paid time off. We hope to have this ready for offering by the end of the year.

W&M provides comprehensive training and written assessments for our new hires. Our trainings include shadowing employees, mock role playing for certain situations pertaining to their respective divisions, and a mentor in the form of an established staff member. We assess new hires using custom tailored assessments relating to the individual’s role and responsibilities. There are ample opportunities for career growth and upward mobility for high performing staff members who rise to the occasion and exceed expectations. As we grow, we will be providing formal career planning guidelines that will help to identify employee goals, appropriate achievement objectives, and a resource to achieve these goals.

Moving forward, W&M will be working with NDICA on hiring individuals who have completed their workforce development program and expungement clinics.
